True. I passed through OCR just now. The traffic is heavy in front of the condo as this is the main road. Can't imagine when all the condo and service apartments are completed, the traffic will be even worse. Luckily OCR is the closest to the traffic lights towards Jalan Tun Razak/TRX

Depend on layout


2room unit min 2.5k per unit
3room unit around 3k per unit

Of course rent per room will get higher

Can One Cochrane be easily rented out without issue?

Mentioned edi. Q4 22 was quite an impossible deadline to meet for VP. But looks like should be done 1H23 if nothing materially adverse pops up..

haha we shall see. But I passed by the site recently and most of the exterior work looks completed. Not sure about interior la with the furnishings and all..

This place is marred by controversy and created multi tier pricing model on top of not being well designed. Just watch the lelongs come thick and fast if it ever gets completed.

People in lala land just stay there till Holland. Oh but staying next to IKEA is so atas right?
