Per the article pipeline are office, hotel and service apartment good luck to them purchasing the land @ 1K per sq ft

Not surprising for developer to end up having $$$$ challenging despite reporting good sales, land sales sum might not pump into this project instead to settle other debt or priority as determine by holdings

Not yet come across any abandoned project being revived and successfully pay LAD, do share if any. Most of the time will require buyer to top up sum in order for rescue contractor to complete the project

Nup, the one sold to Sunway was parcel opposite MRT and not next to MRT

Likely it’s commercial residential under HDA, individual meter should be able to residential tariff for TNB
