Not the parent company, Boustead is on form with LCS project first. Not sure if it might affect the others like this project or not.

I had a buddies working with Boustead, but not under Property division, he also said not sure if they can survive working there until end this year. Rumours flying around, mss, vss keep showing there, due to LCS impact

same idea, kinda pity to those owners have to pay monthly installments when the unit is not complete etc. some had abandoned projects, but loan to be served as normal. in this case, the property guru has the most profit here. And at this period of time, u will see many property company cut around the LD figures until owner have to sit down together and hire a lawyer to fight (need to spend more money)
