Very challenging at the moment (before trx fully operation) especially this kind of very nice location (included maluri, pudu) property are very suitable for airbnb was facing another challenge again with need 75% owner agree for strata scheme to allow airbnb operation.

Mostly the bulk purchase group are doing the sublet business so not sure will airbnb affected their market, ownstayer for sure will not vote for airbnb, but sublet owner dont know.
