100 buyers x 50k per buyer (tribunal level) is already RM 5M, haven't include whatever material & labour costs increase, the only thing good news for buyer is, it's Boustead, busuk2 also Gov will help, just have to wait

Why not? Near completion means about 80% disbursed already, 750 units x average 700k = 525M, at 80% disbursement, that's 420M spent/in the bank, if remaining 105M is not enough to complete and pay LAD, might as well just let it go
