Sales rep Boustead informed me this land is bought by Binastra (but has not appeared in news yet). So Binastra bought 2 lands from Boustead and Sunway bought. 3 lands sold to them in Cochrane.

True. I passed through OCR just now. The traffic is heavy in front of the condo as this is the main road. Can't imagine when all the condo and service apartments are completed, the traffic will be even worse. Luckily OCR is the closest to the traffic lights towards Jalan Tun Razak/TRX
