looks like slightly over 40 units available. Guess we'll see how the quality is like when it VP's. Hopefully Boustead can prove the naysayers (including me) wrong and that such a white elephant can actually be maintained in the long run lol

What a roller coaster ride from projek sakit to vp day.
Good thing there is vp.
Be prepared for the "unexpected" cutting corners/finishing.

Me not a fan of design and price tag of this project
The same time, certainly don't wanna see any projek sakit around this area.

same idea, kinda pity to those owners have to pay monthly installments when the unit is not complete etc. some had abandoned projects, but loan to be served as normal. in this case, the property guru has the most profit here. And at this period of time, u will see many property company cut around the LD figures until owner have to sit down together and hire a lawyer to fight (need to spend more money)

Looking at the lelong'ing of the new property in maluri area, i am not optimistics until the TRX is fully up. And who know how long it take to bring TRX up and running with this economy climate.

Very challenging at the moment (before trx fully operation) especially this kind of very nice location (included maluri, pudu) property are very suitable for airbnb was facing another challenge again with need 75% owner agree for strata scheme to allow airbnb operation.

Mostly the bulk purchase group are doing the sublet business so not sure will airbnb affected their market, ownstayer for sure will not vote for airbnb, but sublet owner dont know.

as long as not in golden triangle or tourism hotspot like cameron or genting highland, doubt there will be more than 75% owner will vote for airbnb
no matter how close one cochrane are to golden triangle, it is still not in the area.

if saying a ratio of 70:30 of investment and ownstay, investor doesn't mean they agree to airbnb as well, some are just going to rent out whole unit, thus is not easy
