1C middle upper class, lol.
Just another development that not under same with Mytown.
If compare all Continew around same league, but compare with sunway totally different league. If fact way below league than all velocity project.

the mall traffics says all, only PJ & subang selangor people compare Muji vs Giordana. When you compare those then you know the property is inflated and no solid value.
1C overpriced and weird layout on a prime land. what a waste development.

Why not? Near completion means about 80% disbursed already, 750 units x average 700k = 525M, at 80% disbursement, that's 420M spent/in the bank, if remaining 105M is not enough to complete and pay LAD, might as well just let it go

Even the LCS project by the Boustead still in limbo, let alone asking for additional fund request to gomen, with 4 PM changed during the entire time.
