DIBS or no, also need to noe what is the developers' panel banks. EcoSky is might be HLB panel but HLB is not Eco World's panel bank at least for now unless the dev is willing to let HLB comes in due to no DIBS if confirmed.

If 3% + 7% discount, it would be a lot especially for loan borrowers less than 90% loan. This, I even forecast lesser drop out unless loan issues.

Lucky it was fully booked when it was with tentative 3% early bird, if with 10% discount, the buyers profile could be different and more risky bet where the waiting list could be even much longer with those wannabe with limited or zero downpayment.

Just wondering now bank LTV is still base on SPA price or NSP.

Can someone tell Parkcity offer how many percent rebate in lieu of DIBS on their cprecent launch of OCP? I was told 3%. Can someone verify this fact....

OCP only offer DIBS for big units and none for small units to eliminate flippers. And the discount is 6%!!

Some came in the 1st 2 days but after no. 30 oso get some candies la. Opc is not for flippers so those genuine buyers ll stil enjoy a lil more. Btw cant transfer name le. Not like es. So diff species.

As far as I know, prices for all units remained as of 1st price list. No price jacked up in ocp. Wat I c fr ocp is many ppl walk out happily. Maybe they waited too long for a dpc prop. Most r new dpc buyers. Some repeat buyers buying for kids. Happy to c tat.
