A new venture by the upcoming new big player in the property development, Eco World Development Sdn Bhd.

The Eco Sky would be the company's first mixed development project on the 9.6 acres commercial land in Taman Wahyu, KL. The mixed development consists of service apartments, retail lots and also hotel which bearing the concept of " Live The Future Now" ... It is very similar with the theme of the "Setiawalk in the KL."

The other upcoming huge township development would be EcoGardens, Semenyih and EcoBotanic, Nusajaya while Northern Malaysia could be their next destination. The master plan and the concept of the Eco townships would be the greenery private upscale townships with botanic gardens and nature themed sculptures.

Taman wahyu near Batu Caves is it? Got sure mrt there?

North of Sentul. I know got KTM there, MRT not sure.

Hehe, I am more impress with their township planning, which is eco greenery.

Lets see whats more details and pricing of EcoSky first.

Consider near Batu Caves but nearer to KL side or Tmn Wahyu is actually at Kg. Batu. Near to Jln Kuching and next to Kipark and Sri Utara. Got KTM but no MRT.

Their first maiden project under this new company (although old face/horses behind it), hence good chance they might deliver above expectations

The developer will preview the Greenery Homes in Nusajaya Johor first, the Eco Botanic. Cluster Homes and Semi-D.

Pricing wont be cheap. Heard it is above RM550psf.

Price bout 450-550 per sq ft. Size from 900 sq ft onwards for the residential.

If RM 550 psf, I think it is consider quite cheap dy. This is something similar with Setia Walk but ( without a mall ) smaller size and much higher end version with GBI.

Almost everywhere also simply RM 550-600 psf onwards. Kiara East, leasehold already RM 700+ psf bfore 5+3% discount.
