QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Sep 25 2013, 11:29 PM) Good location is very subjective. Appreciate if you could explain further why both are located at much better location? One of the property guru told me left hand side (on your way home) props more "wong" than right hand side props. If the rule make any sense, ecosky is a better buy at least for commercial. It can be good for you, it could be different for others. I am not from Jln Ipoh or anything within 10km radius but know a little bit about this location due to some friends staying in Tmn Wahyu, Jalan Ipoh and nearby, and 9/10 of them have no issue of ES location and indeed they used to teach me how to escape the jam in Jalan Kuching / Jln Ipoh. So, I have no idea on how good is Alam Puri or Kiara East based on the accessibility. Anyhow, KTM is a bonus for concept development of Eco Sky, it is not medium end condo with medium end facilities offered at Alam Puri. No doubt, Zalam did well in their workmanship to deliver Alam Puri. If I am going to buy kinda price and facilities offered at Eco Sky or whatsover development, KTM or LRT is never be my main catalyst. I only take it as a bonus, bcz Eco Sky is not a PPR, not low cost nor medium cost flat. Got friend told me he got offer 660 psft for 1227 sqft type A ecosky, true or not? can change registration? 660psft is like launching price after discount, where got profit? |

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Oct 3 2013, 02:43 PM) Agree. low maintenance fees. You know wat? Nowadays people want property with ALL these criteria below : 1) Big 2) Cheap 3) Gated and guarded with lots of facilities 4) No rubbish dump around, no cemetery around, within 10km radius. 5) No mosque or tokong around 6) Not beside highway, cos scared noise pollution, but must easy access to all highways. 7) Near to KL, near to PJ also 8) Got school or hospital nearby, but dun want traffic jam. Maybe there are some more criteria which I missed out? good amenities 120% appreciation upon VP. 120% appreciation 5 years after VP. I have a friend who booked a unit wanna pulled out after he found out there is a sewerage pond next to the low cost apartment behind the construction site. Same worry, no smell meh? view bad, feng shui bad........... This post has been edited by KLsooner: Oct 3 2013, 04:53 PM |

QUOTE(wilsonhow @ Oct 9 2013, 10:43 PM) Maybe My friend and I both of us look like poorman...not genuine buyer. I been all few property sales offices on the same day but only this give me such impression. Just imagine from the step in to door, stand around to see the model for whole projects and enter the different sizes of show room units, is more than 30 mins. There is no one come over to serve us. Last but not least, i really feel like disappointed those staffs. They have noting to sell to you as all units sold out. New phase not confirm yet. |

QUOTE(YamahaR1 @ Nov 7 2013, 05:57 PM) UPDATE NEWS ::: LAKEVILLE Residences @ Tmn.Wahyu, Jalan Ipoh KL by Mah Sing Group. Accordingly to their SA, this project expect to launch in Mac 2014 & indicative selling price is RM550psf. RM550psf means nothing la. There are lots of RM 500psf in MK, but minimum total SQFT is 4k and above. Niamah Sing can build the penthouse to be >2000sqft and sell at Rm 550/psf.above rumours betul ke?? |

QUOTE(tengster @ Nov 20 2013, 04:52 PM) Oppsss.... Wrong image. Tiger bank LO shows DIBS, prior to Nov 15 announcement. I am not sure the LO still valid now.Okie... Let me say something. I don't know what they will do. I won't speculate much as there are many loose parameters along the journey...in fact since Budget Day....But I will choose to hang on there. As of now, pieces and loose pieces of puzzles are thrown into the board game. Let them see through it and revert with something. For my part, I checked my bank LO, no mention of DIBS. Damn PhaekChaek too. I will surely get to the bottom of this with my bankers. |
