Good location is very subjective. Appreciate if you could explain further why both are located at much better location?

It can be good for you, it could be different for others. I am not from Jln Ipoh or anything within 10km radius but know a little bit about this location due to some friends staying in Tmn Wahyu, Jalan Ipoh and nearby, and 9/10 of them have no issue of ES location and indeed they used to teach me how to escape the jam in Jalan Kuching / Jln Ipoh. So, I have no idea on how good is Alam Puri or Kiara East based on the accessibility.

Anyhow, KTM is a bonus for concept development of Eco Sky, it is not medium end condo with medium end facilities offered at Alam Puri. No doubt, Zalam did well in their workmanship to deliver Alam Puri.

If I am going to buy kinda price and facilities offered at Eco Sky or whatsover development, KTM or LRT is never be my main catalyst. I only take it as a bonus, bcz Eco Sky is not a PPR, not low cost nor medium cost flat.

You know wat? Nowadays people want property with ALL these criteria below :

1) Big
2) Cheap
3) Gated and guarded with lots of facilities
4) No rubbish dump around, no cemetery around, within 10km radius.
5) No mosque or tokong around
6) Not beside highway, cos scared noise pollution, but must easy access to all highways.
7) Near to KL, near to PJ also
8) Got school or hospital nearby, but dun want traffic jam.
Maybe there are some more criteria which I missed out?

Even got smell last time oso no prob. Try ask e&o how many curry fish heads they sell everyday. If so concern bout smell where got ppl jam up the shop le.

As some mentioned, dun buy if dun like it. It's simple.

Maybe My friend and I both of us look like poorman...not genuine buyer. I been all few property sales offices on the same day but only this give me such impression. Just imagine from the step in to door, stand around to see the model for whole projects and enter the different sizes of show room units, is more than 30 mins. There is no one come over to serve us. Last but not least, i really feel like disappointed those staffs.

Okie... Let me say something. I don't know what they will do. I won't speculate much as there are many loose parameters along the journey...in fact since Budget Day....But I will choose to hang on there.
