Hi Uncle Giggs, there were two sisters running a "tua cha" or Tai Chao store in cantonese on the road side of Whayu, after DEX build the flyover, they no longer in business. My mom used to love their Fried Pek Kuih. Do you or any of your friends there know where they move? many thanks

It can be good for you, it could be different for others. One of the property guru told me left hand side (on your way home) props more "wong" than right hand side props. If the rule make any sense, ecosky is a better buy at least for commercial.

Got friend told me he got offer 660 psft for 1227 sqft type A ecosky, true or not? can change registration? 660psft is like launching price after discount, where got profit?

the last block, does the people in the waiting list has priority to get number first or have to go que again?
Looked at the que on last Saturday evening before 6pm, scary la. the que actually lead all the way to the car park.

RM550psf means nothing la. There are lots of RM 500psf in MK, but minimum total SQFT is 4k and above. Niamah Sing can build the penthouse to be >2000sqft and sell at Rm 550/psf.
