Never been inside kommuter train before. Is it basically the same as LRT inside the cabin? Maybe more carriages? How about the stations? Clean?

The sour rubbish smell almost killed me in my car near to the petrol station in between kippark and metropolitan park. But it was only yesterday. I didn't smell anything most of the time when i passed by there.

Dear taikors, I have been doing some site survey around ES. My main concern is the smell of rubbish. These few days I have passed by surroundings of ES purposely, just to get the feel of how severe the smell of rubbish. In morning, afternoon or night, the rubbish smell is randomly there. Not always there, but quite frequent.

For those taikors who are planning for investment or flip maybe still ok. If want to buy for own stay? Always close window? Any concern by others out there? Any bright ideas? Thanks.

Just called, they are launching Tower B for coming Sunday. Starts from RM650 onward. I supposed they realized that tower B will not be easy to sell out due to the viewing angles have limited to Jln ipoh and flats only. Still BBB?

You're right there. Distance wise the station not that far I estimated 600m separating them, BUT the walking experience is terrible - eat dust and exhaust fumes, no overhead cover, rough terrain, might even run the risk of falling into the roadside drain if it's dark.

There are 6 units facing East and two units facing West. Numerically, it speaks for itself already....

I prefer south facing.....

What do your think about the incinerator? I have been told this project is most likely will be built. It is just 2km away from Eco Sky?

I'm interested with the commi unit. Heard there are 36 in total. each 4 storey with twin sharing lifts. Any 'lobang' to tangkap 1? 

Asked SA by calling their general line but they keep saying, they are not in charge of the commi and must talk to their management. Ask to speak to management, they say leave number and we will call back. So far no call back.

Any1 here manage to get commi?
