OCP only offer DIBS for big units and none for small units to eliminate flippers. And the discount is 6%!!
*
Means that is different then.

Type A and B, no DIBS and straight 3% discount only.

Type C and LBD, DIBS or if non DIBS, straight 6% discount.

All in all, can we say its consider 3% + 3% discount for C and LBD if compare to Type A and B for non DIBS. Its required 6% downpayment still.

This is good to fence off from the smaller profile background buyers. I reckon all high end projects should follow the same scheme.

GiggsKor... ES also prohibit name transfer before VP. That explain why no chance of selling entitlement.

7% rebate sounds not so attractive anymore this project. Anyway I still think is BBB if your holding power is strong.

Yes, confirmed this news. EcoWorld just called me. DIBS abolished, they will replace with 4% in compensation. So total discount is 7%. Asking us purchasers to prepare 3% downpayment (minus off the booking fee).

No need reapply loan from bank. A supplementary document will be signed. smile.gif
Good luck to all taigors and neighbours out there. Huat ah!!! laugh.gif

Am expecting a total of 10%.

Still need to fork out 2xK for the DP for 3% balance, then monthly of repayment for 4 Years construction is more than 40K.

Not that great now! Might drop it off

4% can't really compensate those lower floor units. This make lower floor units about same price with higher floor units or even more expensive.

Lower floors, drawdown of loan from bank first. So kena interest first, compare to higher floors.
