All in all, can we say its consider 3% + 3% discount for C and LBD if compare to Type A and B for non DIBS. Its required 6% downpayment still.

Yes, confirmed this news. EcoWorld just called me. DIBS abolished, they will replace with 4% in compensation. So total discount is 7%. Asking us purchasers to prepare 3% downpayment (minus off the booking fee).

No need reapply loan from bank. A supplementary document will be signed.

4% can't really compensate those lower floor units. This make lower floor units about same price with higher floor units or even more expensive.

Lower floors, drawdown of loan from bank first. So kena interest first, compare to higher floors.
