Looks like tan sri or his son is going to make their first bang outside SPS and shine with this project after setiawalk seems like have certain shortcomings

Certainly a project which in their mind not allow to fail...

Read that Savanna Southville City also also pre-allocate unit for purchaser

Really look like developer become King now and consumer rights' deteriorate... biggrin.gif

A relative live near Batu Caves and during Thaipusam he will stay at other relative's house for few days as cannot get into or get out of his house

Ya, interrupt a bit, at RM0.25 psf including sinking fund only for Foresta

Still trying to undertsand for Ecosky by right with the green certification like energy saving and water harvesting etc, the electricity cost which is the main cost for common areas maintenance should be lower and also lower water charges for washing common areas and watering plants, why the maintenance fee is set so high?

Believed that the sales and financing package is an important factor which when we place our money for the booking, we have already accepted it

For the developer to change the package after the booking is seldom heard of and no good for both the developer and the purchaser

OCP only offer DIBS for big units and none for small units to eliminate flippers. And the discount is 6%!!
