Everyday drove past their sales gallery. Almost ready to open. The plaster ceiling in sales gallery very nice and elegant. Hope the worksmanship for this condo also same standard.

Early bird discount 3%. Free SPA, legal fees, and loan legal fees. Small unit free one car park, bigger unit two carparks. Maintenance fees 40cents psqft, include sinking fund. Each room got own aircond. If not mistaken, free washing machine and dryer, kitchen cabinet, hood and hob.

I think the downside is 40cents psqft maintenance fees. Quite pricey. sad.gif

Cannot book yet. Booking starts tentatively on 22nd Sept. Their sales gallery just next to Taman Wahyu along Jalan Kuching. When you come from KL towards Batu Caves using Jalan Kuching, the sales gallery is on your left, just before Tesco extra.
