Crap place surrounded by low cost flats, link workshop factories and a quiet Tesco Extra (quiet).

I doubt this is freehold.... KIP Park, Wahyu and surrounding are all LEASEHOLD.

Let me explain why I don't believe. From Taman Wahyu goes all the way to KIP Park Sri Utara, all the lands are LH. Just not convince the 9+ acre of Ecoworld can be FH out of the same rectangular land.

In fact, Taman Mastiara, Taman Tasik Indah and Kiara East are also all LH.

I gotta standby by seeing is believing... rolleyes.gif

Distance wise, fennel or Sentul is closer to KLCC...moreover Sentul developed by YTL as whole package with offices...plus LRT at Sentul timur plus kommuter at Sentul....

Noted your point LB.... If you don't need public transportation, Selayang18 could be value for money...500PSF. I know Kiaraville is plain crazy greedy pricing. Boulevard Service apt is not my preferred developer. Lakeville is facing HTC and dirty lake....

Not only those PPR flats (with sewerage treatment plant facing EcoSky) but also several rows if sme linked factories (workshops, etc.)....and also rubbish collection area at the back...

I am still searching for the answer...what are Ecosky USPs?

1. SetiaWalk concept with improvision
2. SPS team who known as the team that can deliver from head to toe. Fully backup by LKS.
3. Complete shaded walkway to kommuter station
4. FH??? In a majority LH areas.
5. GBI certified building with adequate green
6. Apa lagi consumers mahu?
