28 July started doing transaction per new CB t&c.
but no difference for most ppl that not playing this max CB thing.

i also max it RM2.5k online and all trx posted yesterday.
wasted RM500 spend.

I myself just brought forward all my remaining 9 months cashxcess and clear it. so i suppose factors like BT/CX/cancellations of cards are all important ingredients for this Uturn.

Why wasted 500? You need to spend 2.5k anyway.

In the old T&C, BT/CashExcess can be used as a filler. No need to spend 2.5k.

some will assume the new t&c already in place but suddenly u-turn.

I no believe many people can spent more than RM450 in a month.

If you cannot spend more than RM425 per month, it means you have no right to earn RM50 cashback. Most Shell station do not sell TNG pin using credit card. The ones that do, I doubt people will share the location. They will keep it for themselves.
