I have not received the cb yet. Im assuming im getting it on 30th july and then I just call rhb to proceed with cancelling? What happens to the cashback in account tho? It'll be -50 since I already paid the full statement.

Did my last TnG eWallet reload pin purchase at Shell today.

Over the years, I've gotten back around RM3k to RM4k in basic cashback from the RHB Shell Visa card.

RIP.

is it true after 28/7, the RHB Shell need to swipe
1. RM250 per transaction
or
2. RM250 per month
to enjoy cashback ?

if card cancelled (from system) before cb is credited, then no cb lor. there's no "destination" for the cb. hence, the t&c

if card not called, the card account will have excess -50 (due to cb). bank couldnt cancel the card and they need to call you for consent to transfer out (to bank or other cards)

I guess they want you to be a card holder longer since most will cancel due to the lousy cash back

Mine is 24th and I got cashback...

22nd and 26th statement date no cashback. Surprisingly, 24th contestchris got his cb..

I got too on 24th my billing date.

Hi sifu-sifu sekalian. Want to ask, if I want to clear off my RHB BT, do I just need to overpay the card and let it deduct every month? Or just contact CS, ask he/she to help clear off the BT with my payment?

My goal is to clear off the RHB BT, so that I can get a higher DSR to apply new BT. Currently owning around 2k+, planning to clear it off since BT will no longer be eligible as spending for Cashback calculation (and their upcoming "enhanced" cashback calculation)
