I am wondering if this is the way. However, I checked with multiple Shell stations, they said only via cash for TNG PIN.

anything, product or services, within shell station eligible for shell cb.

spend more effort to find what you can buy using rhb-shell cc.

no hinting needed. go ask any shell station what other services they offer besides those on the shelves.

more important to know is whether they accept credit cards for non-physical goods.

Some items at Shell Select can be cheaper than grocery shops, after -12% (Shell) vs. -5%/-8% (Grocery/Dining MCC).
Especially price controlled items.
