For example, if my reload transaction date is showing 2024-01-08 in my RHB app, means the reload should captured after 2024-01-08 12:00:00AM right?

email title is rhb code 040? then looks fake as professionally i think the email title should not be like that

no didnt apply anything, already write email to customer service as im not in msia, i dont have any credit card with RHB also so its okay la. also reported to BNM hopefully they can take action to investigate.

Guys, if you get OTP SMS at 23:59:55 but only key in to complete the transaction at 00:00:01, is it qualified or disqualified?

Does the OTP timestamp matter at all? Meaning which, it must be at 00:00:00 or after?

I'm looking through my transactions, it seems like some Tier 1 transactions even at 00:00:38 did not qualify! All my Tier 1 transactions after 00:01:00 also seemingly did not qualify.

Can somebody else confirm? If true, then this has become very competitive.
