Anyone applied for a RHB CC via 3rd party website recently? I successfully applied for RHB Shell Visa via RinggitPlus for the guaranteed RM500 reward. When I get the card, there's a brochure inside the envelope advertising RM25 cashback upon activation & RM200 cashback upon RM500 spending.

Checked the T&C for this acquisition campaign but didn't see any clause that exempted 3rd party application either so not sure if I'm eligible:

You try and call RP first, whether they got the record or not. As I remember last time I applied thru RP, but it direct me back to apply at bank's webpage. Got approved but RP said didn't have my record, KNN. Ever since then, if I apply from RP and they give ask me to apply directly thru bank. I will make sure they gt the record first.....

I get charged annual fees even swipe more than that !!!

My rhb cashback cc did not received any cashback in this month's statement. Called CS and they said will investigate. Anyone have similar experience?

Perhaps you didn't hit 2500? Or barely hit and one of the spend refund or wrong MCC (e.g. government spend on myEG).

Similar spending as previous months and did hit rm2.5k. Even if lower than rm2.5k also should have some cashback but there's absolutely 0 cashback in the statement.

Seems like it's an isolated case. Will wait for rhb to investigate then.

i have the same prob. totally no cb at all.
just called rhb cs, was told that quite a number of cust have the same prob of no cb for statement date 26th.

they'll investigate and credit bck

Mine was delayed a day or two last month. I did not make any report, maybe someone else did.

for me, if slight delay is ok,
as well as the cb included in 26 Jun statement.

Normal, happen every few months. Will be automatically credited a few days later.

Had this card for many years and first time encounter this.

Will update when it's credited later.
