why on earth did they force cust leave a phone number for call back after wait for some time but NEVER call back?
you can't keep holding as the system will cut you off

Woah, that's so unfair! Even Shopee can collect. But if all use already, then only expired. Isn't that more fair? Now people just blindly collect, but don't use. Simply disadvantages other people who would actually have a use for it!!

got pros and cons. collect first use later means can slowly take ur time to browse for the best deal. whereas collect first come first serve got to decide within minutes sometimes before fully redeemed.

With such bad CS, how u ppl apply for DIAL-AN-INSTALLMENT?

I have tried to call RHB CS to apply for this until I gave up. Their CS is almost like non-existent.

leave your phone number X times, hopefully 1 CS will call you back.

alternatively, call the Report Lost Card section CS (tested confirm answer very soon ) and grumble to them, might work sometime.

Even someone answer ur call. No one is attending to the report. Regarding my missing cashback for my 24 april statement, to date, there is no outcome for the issue, issue forwarded to CC dept but no reply to date.

I also raise request to change statement date on 6 April, till today, no action taken, it is being forwarded to CC dept again, but no reply from them.

Maybe 10 for online and 10 for offline? A bit confusing.

If my understanding is correct, it is daily but capped at RM1200 per day => RM1200/RM15 = 80 winners daily (see details extracted from the RHB's E-Wallet Top Up Campaign T&C below:)

When you mentioned "week 2", I thought for a second that RM15 is a weekly prize.

The cashbacks are credited on weekly basis. Technically u can win 7 per week, but capped at 10 throughout campaign

RM15 x 10 + RM100 x 3 = RM450

total up to RM900 means RM450 x 2

Just check,

Week 1 i got 4/4

Week 2 i join 7/7 - only tomorrow will see how many rm15 i get. Should be max 6/7 dy since i got all for week 1
