Only won RM15 cashback but I checked with customer service and they told me it's not stand a chance to win cashback but it's guaranteed to get the cashback, perhaps gotta wait for the end of the campaign according to the T&C.

Is it RHB supplementary card can only applied through branch? The customer service replied as below: Please be informed that the minimum age of the applicant must 18 years old. The principle cardholder need to bring the supporting documents to the nearest RHB branch (except RHB Islamic if the card is conventional type product). The branch officer will perform 1st verification with the principle. You may get the form at the branch. The Supporting Document 1. Last 3 month bank statement 2. Last 3 month salary slip 3. Confirmation employment letter (if applicable) 4. EPF statement of 6 months  So troublesome for adding supplementary card.. |
