Looks like the RHB callcenter was telling the correct information. Online transaction was accepted. Just that online autobilling/e-pos was not. Well I only did 1 month 10x swipe to get the RM100. Could have maxed out each month.

Has the payout for this campaign started? I spent in Month 1-3 with debit card but hasn't received any cashback yet. hmm.gif

I see thanks for confirming. I think i started late in July (20th onwards) so maybe the cashback quota was long gone by then. Keeping fingers crossed for Aug and Sep. smile.gif

From what i understand, the "highest amount spent" criterion will only be applied as a tie-breaker. Generally, it should still be first come first served.

"In the event that there is a tie on the last RM50/RM100 cash back funding, the Cardmember with the highest accumulated total card spend in the campaign month will be entitled for the cash back."

I have tried to call RHB CS to apply for this until I gave up. Their CS is almost like non-existent.
