I also didnt get cb for agoda transaction which is usually considered oversea. Anyone can clarify in this as well. Tq very much

I did rm600 on Shell & 1400 on Shopeepay topup n got only PetrolCB of rm18. Shouldnt it be rm30+rm10?

RM600 * 3% = RM18

If you want to get RM30 (Petrol) + RM10 (e-Wallet Top Up), spend RM1000+ RM1000.

Not quite understand why need 1000+ 1000 spend? It not should be 5% for petrol CB as monthly total spend above RM2k?

I guess you need to keep following up with them on the case that you have lodged.

My case is I got the CB for the part before 8/9 but not on the spending after 8/9. So wanna check if anyone managed to get the CB for the transactions between 8/9 to 22/9 (or until your statement date)?

same here, no recieved enchance cb for transaction after 8/9.

I check with cs for my insurance auto debit which i can get cb previously under other catogary, she say new cb no more, MCC6300 rclxub.gif

Missing enhanced cash back that i reported last month, still not reflected in latest Oct statement, called cs again and wait another statement cycle again.........

pity their cs handling all these missing cash back calls

I spend RM1000 on Petrol and RM1000 on ewallet to make my spending hit RM2K to fall under Tier 2, by doing so i will hit the max cap RM30 (Petrol) and RM10 (eWallet).

Depending on what you're targeting you may allocate your spending accordingly, but need to ensure it fall under specific spending Tier Category for the rate to kick in.

There is a cap of RM30 for petrol so the 5% is just an illusion.

last month, called to inform didn't received enhanced benefit CB (8/9 - 22/9 , shell and shell-i)

this month, livechat to inform didn't received previous month enhanced benefit CB + this month cashback utility (23/9-22/10, shell-i only)

Really quite disappointed RHB service.

26th Sept statement.
received ZERO cash back.
regardless old or new CB scheme, not a single cashback received.

already report to their CS many times, no action.
nw official report made to their customer advocacy team.

Those that didn't get cashback better report to bank negara also. let them feel the pressure. Already reported so many times need to keep following up. Incompetent to the max.

This RHB is really incompetent. Will cancel the card once they solved the card misused. Almost a month after I reported when my card was misused in Peru, the amount still showed in the my statement.

once it's charged they cant remove it from the statement. can only reverse it later with a new 'transaction'

Same here...I reported an unauthorised unknown online shopping charges two months ago, but haven gotten the refund..
I called last week and sarcastically telling them if customers have to wait for max 120 working days
Waiting so long and really disappointed

I'm missing the CB of 26/Sep/2025, which I reported on 21/10/2025.
Moreover, the CB of 26/Oct/2025 is incorrect, with missing RM10 of utilities.
I'm just waiting for the missing CB to be credited into the account and will cancel both these conventional and Islamic Shell cards.
Not worth figuring out the spending pattern and keep monitoring the missing CB after they launched the Enhanced CB mad.gif

No point calling their CS, they won't do anything other than keep telling you to wait.

Just escalate this issue to their Customer Advocacy team.

customer.advocacy@rhbgroup.com

State in the email to them, if Customer Advocacy can't solve it, the next will be to BNM

unlike their CS,
so far my experience with their Customer Advocacy team is quite positive.
very efficient and will help solve the problem asap
