last month, called to inform didn't received enhanced benefit CB (8/9 - 22/9 , shell and shell-i)
this month, livechat to inform didn't received previous month enhanced benefit CB + this month cashback utility (23/9-22/10, shell-i only) Really quite disappointed RHB service. |
