shocked to see they let this missing cb prob occur for almost 1 month and still not fixed yet as of now

probably core logic issue, need vendor to fix

and can roughly guess this issue (may have) orignated from RHB Shell revision; which went TACO at last minute, but inadvertently couldnt rollback the code change properly.

Any latest announcement that they resumed the changes? Or it's still maintain postponed?

My experience with them is quite different. Applied through RP. Submitted the documents through their website and got the approval SMS 3 days later.a

Seems like the cashback delay issue is fixed? My statement is on the 22nd & logged in today to see that cashback is already registered in my account.

for new CB, even anounce it take effective time, so at least now this month after 22th, will be the same.

Since they maintained the same notice under the important announcement in our statement since 28/7, the effective time could be anytime now as they wished right? Or they still have the obligation to follow up with a new announcement with a new effective date?

stateemnt portion, they didnt change it. treat it as marketing banner. it may not be updated/relevant anymore.

deferrment notice on 28 July 2025 already stated initial notice already deferred until further notice.

The memo here already mentioned until further notice...stay calm, no fret... keep track of this topic, any new update some member will post here, sometimes even faster than RHB official....

It's a change of benefit, not penalty or fine or charge or any harmful clauses to users. Benefit change then we reassess if worth to stay, if not we cancel and move on, look for other cards with better benefit, and RHB will feel the pinch. That's how things work...
