So far only Shell/-i revised. VS still same. So, whatever used to work should work.

Doesn't matter if they have announced it. The issue is that RHB already know this issue since the statement cycle of 22 July but till now hasn't resolved this - almost 3 weeks. Need to made noise so that they will get "slap" by BNM

this i agree.

their t&c states The total Cash Back accumulated by the Cardmember will be reflected in the Cardmember’s
monthly credit card billing statement for the Card.


so clearly they had violated it.

unlike some other very smart bank will state cb credited within 2 months after each month.

Statement date 26th, received July cashback on 14th August (a day before due date,15th).

Sounds like cashback issue still happening in Aug billing cycle. So those on 22nd billing cycle might be affected again

Just tried applying for an RHB CC. Officially the worst credit card application experience for me. Applied through their website and received calls from at least 6-7 RHB employees trying to process my application. They required the same documents and application form that I thought I already submitted through the online form. Apparently everyone at RHB can access and view the application in the system. Their document requirements were also extremely specific and needed to be manually sent again either through WhatsApp / email. The overall process made me so uncomfortable and I didn’t feel like PDPA was adhered to. Is this normal??

Yes. They are the worst bank when it comes to CC application. And you need to manually collect from branch once approved.
