Normally valuers use comparison method based on actual transacted values around the same area. But the actual transacted values are registered 6 months later. That means valuers can only track transactions completed 6 months ago or even longer. Thats why nowadays in a lot of areas valuers value can never match sellers value.

This reminds me of that scene that's always in disaster movies... a whole bunch of people running away from the disaster (e.g. earthquake, tsunami, etc) and some still standing there looking and asking... what is it? can't see? where? why people running? where? and then BOOM... in your face...

Reminds me of a movie...

you dont want to go on a treasure hunt with me and find gold? The other guy dont want too because it is too risky. Then the guy went for the treasure and bear the risk (eg bad weather, high mountains, corrupt officials etc) and found the gold. Then BOOM, instant millionaire. But have to bear the cost first lah to find the treasure.

As the chinese saying goes "cautious allows you to sail your boat for 10,000 years"

The DDD camp will say all economic signs points us to economic slowdown. They are right because all numbers from countries all over the world say so

But the UUU camp will say the bad economic signs are not new. 2007/08 we got USA sub-prime crisis. 2010-2012 we got Euro crisis. Look what happen to Malaysia property crisis during this period ? Still goes up 2-3 fold

Depends on who is gungho enough to ride the boat that will sail for 10,000 years tongue.gif

Follow the crowd and run like a mad man.. end up all become zombies too. Next time, ill lock the gates seal up the door.. nail it.. and hide inside the house.. Definitely not as influential as brad pitt where a chopper will come and save me. biggrin.gif

Better than standing on the streets and looking around and asking where? where? those are the first ones to die... See people running then run la... but don't blindly follow... must think fast, act fast if you want to survive... Sorry for being off topic... This is in respect to disaster/ alien movies...

I thought the down camp are the ones always waiting and assuming things are going to be bad.. Never thought that ppl who took action fast in property purchase would stand there and wait. biggrin.gif

Well rather than running away and waiting to die...rather face them get a gun and kill them one by one, irrespective of aliens or zombies..becuase if you run, you will definitely get caught anyway. So to survive, you should kill them all.

Which means I don't run, but face the risk and bought a property anyway. I still need a house. And as long I can afford two, just buy another one.

What is the point of surviving in a vacant land or a land with aliens or zombies occupation? Everyday live in fear and worry, everyday playing hide and seek with them? And by then what can u do with the cash u holding? They accept USD or EURO too?? laugh.gif laugh.gif

Those are paper currency, worthless by galaxy standards. Aliens only accept Galaxy Federation credits.

On the other hand, zombies accept your brainzzzzzz... biggrin.gif
