Just now I go pump petrol using Amex but it keep appear transaction failed and I use the MasterCard it approved... Any sifu can tell me what happen...

Just received my maybank 2 card last week.
May I know how to waive GST that they charge me? Normally other banks can waive it if we swipe the new card 3 times after activation. How about maybank? |
