800 left only, banks may allow you to overspend on a small percentage. If you have 5k limit and wish to swipe till 7k, i think it is difficult
*
depending on the history of payments made, bank will normally give 10%-20% of CL for emergency CL increase

so that, we need to pay in usd or myr better? normally i pay using the rm in agoda. is that pay in usd is more cheaper?
the other thing i want to ask is groupon payment. if i pay the money using amex through the paypal portal, is there any charge? just like i buy a thing cost rm 500 and when i pay through paypal, it still mention rm 500. if i pay using amex in paypal to Groupon, is there any extra charge in my amex transition? anybbody try it before? thanks.
*
Paying in USD for Agoda is cheaper.
for Paypal, if you're using AMEX you can only charge USD to it.
other currencies will not be accepted

okay, sorry for my ignorance, if i buy flight ticket on september, need pay in this month or pay on september? i have not experience with credit card yet.. must pay in full and have any interest will charge?  hmm.gif
*
you need to pay 20 days after statement date.
say you made the transaction on September 1, and your statement date is on 26th of every month.
you will need to pay latest by October 16
if you pay after October 16, you will be charged interest

i used it for few years no issue

remember that for online transaction, you cant pay in RM using Amex. USD & SGD are fine
*
can you confirm that SGD is accepted by Paypal when using Amex?
i tried two weeks back, its not possible.
then noticed that Paypal will only allow payment from Amex if its in USD

paying by paypal..hmm, i thought you have to link your amex to paypal and payment will go through but there will be some service charge by paypal charged to our credit card?
*
you have to link it before able to make payments.
the charges are included in the final amount, basically the exchange rate is higher

Did you count correctly ?
Share your transactions and we can assist.
*
i called the bank and while explaining to them, i realized why the rebate is less.
i counted wrongly, forgot that rebate is based on 1st to last day of the month.
i counted the rebates based on statement balance (coincidently all my transaction was done on weekends)

Of course not... You need to use the Principal Card to redeem.

does that also applies to Supplementary card with separated statements?
