QUOTE(JerriH @ Jul 21 2013, 10:03 PM) Only rebate? Any freebies? Legal fees? Borne by developer: - legal fees for SPA - legal fees on loan agreement excluding disbursement fee and stamp duty - 1st year maintenance fee That's what I got last month. Not too sure about now. Best thing is to call the SA, make a visit to its sales gallery to confirm

QUOTE(blurblursam @ Jul 18 2013, 10:57 AM) Just got the replied from lawyer:- The Developer has yet to obtain the APDL but once the APDL is obtained, the Developer will send a written notification to you. The SPA that you are currently going to sign is the official SPA save and except for the building plans, which are pending final approval from the authorities. We will also insert the details of the APDL into the SPA once we receive the same. Once the APDL is obtained, we will forward the SPA to the Developer for your execution together with your cheque for the balance 10% deposit. We trust that the above clarifies the position. Thanks I don't understand, if AP not obtained, they can put up advertisement with price?

Seems like this discussion is getting cold....
Lets discuss how are you going to renovate bedroom of your house? Anyone plan to extend their bedroom to take over the first floor living room?
Any buddish here? Where do you plan to position ur "God Table"?
By the way, please add me to the list, A2 Ownstay.

God table can put against the wall next to the staircase/store room, so the table is facing entrance. But then the storeroom door will need change to push to open instead of pull to open.

I'm planning to ask mah sing, for example before they lay the floor tiles, can I buy the tiles myself and ask them to lay the bigger tiles for me. So during renovation no need to hack and lay new tiles again. I kind of like the semi D type tiles which is larger and smoother 2 x 2 ft tiles!!

I asked before about buying 2x2 tiles myself. The sa told me can not. Mah sing really cut cost to the max. 2x2 tiles should be the standard nowadays for new property.

Any big developers wont to create confusion where other buyers might confuse how come other unit is 2x2 porcelain tiles and if MS accommodate one buyer, they have to accommodate other buyers if 30% of the 456 units oso plan to do so. Further, it would be a risk for their contractors such as missing tiles, tile wrongly, workmanship issue and monitoring for each request unit. No doubt, 2x2 porcelain tiles is better than 1x1.5 ceramic tiles.
