Lots of ppl complain the toilet location (MR 1) which is in Middle of the House. But, i've been to Japan and most of the House's Toilet located in the Middle without any Window. But still it is as good as usual. So, do not worry too much of Feng Shui. Just get which unit that u like and you can adjust later. Cheers mate. i think, SPA won't be ready in June. i would say, maybe Aug/Sept 2013 only u will sign. MS need time to convert the land from agri to residential. By the way, i don't think loan can be approve in 1 weeks time. usually it takes at least 2 weeks to get approval.
bank push because once u signed, it's firmed. if u cancel, u have to pay an x amount of penalty for that. but if the loan offer is what u want, then sign it. no need to further shop. |
