to those who signed up with rhb, did you realise that you have to start serving full instalment from 31st mth from the 1st drawdown?

want to clarify about the fees will pay by developer...
SAP legal fee & stamping fee Loan legal fee & stamping fee Am I correct? Any other fee is need to pay by us? |

But MR 1 didn't mention 36 month project ma yes, you will need to serve full instalment on 31st Month onwards upon first draw down. it's part of Bank's clause to protect the bank just in case the project is abandon. but i don't think that will be an issue. based on MR1 progress, SnP signed in APR 2012 and first drawdown in DEC 2012. about 8 months later. so, i think you will be quite safe in that clause. besides, MS tend to complete ontime or if not, earlier. look at MR1 - Phase 1 progress. It is fast. mine already disbursed 45%. i think by Jan or Feb, MR1-Phase 1 could be ready and waitin for CF. |
