Price now is RM488K + 20K (End Lot)
I don't know should i go for END LOT OR NOT... |

I booked a unit at middle. The price is too expensive now.
hahha.... Kept the money for reno better? or change to END LOT? SAME SIZE WITH DIFFERENT PRICE. |

Yesterday the lawyer representative called and ask when I'll be available to sign the S&P. I told her that I'm still waiting for my loan approval and once approved then only I'd be ready to sign. This is faster than i expected; last time the SA told me S&P signing will only be sometime end of july....
Any of forumers here already signed the S&P? |
