My friend brought a unit at new row A2 Design at M2 Sales Gallery Yesterday.
Price at RM468K with 20K Rebate. Cool

DON'T DO THAT.

BECAUSE IF YOU HOLD A UNIT PRICED AT RM458K. YOU ALREADY BROUGHT 10K CHEAPER COMPARE FROM NOW.

THAT 10K YOU CAN SPEND IT FOR RENO INSTEAD OF REQUEST TO CHANGE A UNIT BECAUSE OF POSITION.

I went to Sales Gallery Yestetrday.
Look like still got alots of unit available.

If Buy, you guy prefer to Near Concern or Middle or End?

The A2 last 2 units 291 & 306 has been sold.

I heard that the A1 design will be launched at RM478K upon A2 fully booked.

I just wanted to compare the price between MR1 & MR2.

What is the best rate you get now?

Really? M2 is better?

I plan to go there to have a look on saturday.
If same price, i prefer bigger unit.

M2 = 1885 ft
GH = 2200 ft
