I agree. The whole BTP is quite large. The road poorly designed. The business around the area hard to survive too. Perhaps the problem with satellite town is people are away to KL working during day time, therefore, business limited to car repair, food and convenience shop

yea... in a way quite true... lowyat really wasted such big piece of land... can easily develop into a better quality township with such land size... but in the end... they just throw simple landed units and shoplots into it only...

its about the effort of the developer though... if developer have a good masterplan... buyers and investors will follow u no matter where u go... look at the EW project at puncak alam... almost 2000 units sold out... with decent population flowing in... the business will eventually able to survive... but look at BTP now... own stayers not really alot... investors with good holding power also doesnt seems alot... spoiled the whole township.... they are lucky that MR2 still ada orang stay in and probably share their commercial activities....

Prop investment now comes with many prop tycoon wannabe thanks to all the property guru..it is time for the mkt to flush all these ppls out. It happened in many projects whether good or bad proj. Many of them did the multiple loan submission together in many projs..if one proj kabut cannot rent fast or flip the other good proj they cannot hold too..so it ll burn everywhere regardless.

i share the sentiment with the poster especially the following
QUOTE
When we can get the Unifi broadband connection?????

When we can have the good mobile coverage?????

Other developers able to secure unifi connection before move in why ms requires residents to submit application forms and fulfill 30% rensidential quota set by tm??

while for the lake, ms said that it is under selayang government management and not under their control. Then this is false advertising during the sale.

clubhouse progress is moving but slow. This is bad project management.

While for defects, I didn't face such problem as all of my defects report were attended to within 2 months everytime i make a report.

I prefer ms to provide bi weekly status update on all items to emails or letter, now we are all in the dark.

Two months for defect repair? According to s&p it is 30 days. 2months is too long.

For tm, bcoz ms want to save cost, thats why you dont get unifi connection. By right all new housing development should have fibre optic ready, but mr2 only have copper. Somemore it is ugly overhead cabling.

if they exceed the s&p which state 30 days, what can i do other than walking to their office and follow up?

i am not sure if there is any copper lines in birch as we do not even have streamyx. And what ms said during the last agm, this is solely controlled by tm and not them.

U are always the loser if they drag longer. They wont extend your defect liability period. U have to be fierce when dealing with them. Dont give them face. Bang table. Seriously, it works.

They like to push the responsibility to tm. In fact, during planning time they can work with tm by paying some fees to get all infra ready upon vp. But for cost saving, they skip this.

i think those similar developers like MS also wont be fiber optic ready... all have to rely on yourself... like my house developed by MKH... not fibre optic ready also... 6 months after VP only get unifi... and all the fiber optic lines have to be done externally unless u wanna pay alot to conceal it... just have to accept it je la....
