Today received another letter for 10% release. Total is 55%. Birch. Still no sign of paying me intro fee..

So, as long as referral form submitted and comply the T&C, we are entitled for the bonus. This is the clause highlighted to me by SA (Clause 4) that he said a lot did not follow. So, do take note.

As far as i know, if developer does not pay for something called smart partnership fee, TM will not invest in the new area. Only until certain percentage of subcription form submitted, then TM will consider to lay their infra to new area.

So i think for M2, it at least takes few years for TM to lay infra and cable to the new development. So i think have to slow slow wait..

This is what my friend work with a developer firm told me.

My birch reached 65% oledi. I did call ms last week. They told me fastest vp is june next year.. Still long way to go. Paying high interest monthly..

Two months for defect repair? According to s&p it is 30 days. 2months is too long.

For tm, bcoz ms want to save cost, thats why you dont get unifi connection. By right all new housing development should have fibre optic ready, but mr2 only have copper. Somemore it is ugly overhead cabling.

U are always the loser if they drag longer. They wont extend your defect liability period. U have to be fierce when dealing with them. Dont give them face. Bang table. Seriously, it works.

They like to push the responsibility to tm. In fact, during planning time they can work with tm by paying some fees to get all infra ready upon vp. But for cost saving, they skip this.
