are u sure that someone mentioned he drive from MR2 to Aeon need 20min or from other places...? maybe its during peak hours lol

Ppl here really.........always 'my time is more valuable than yours'

U see those ppl die die must park illegally just outside shop you know already...like walk 10steps extra will cause them heart attack like that......

MR2 out to toll using the dusty old truck road....macam going back in time.......very nostalgic de.....

yea lo... i also mentioned before... 10 15 20 really doesnt matter... time already wasted liao anyway... not that u will have no regret in life if u spend less 5 mins than others... laugh.gif laugh.gif

i tot the trunk road to rawang toll already improved? last time i visited already 1 year ago... dusty and berlubang mainly due to the developments there....

MR2 i think still okay.... the BTP there is worse case.... lowyat seems like take on alot of overgeared buyer onto their project....

i think whether there will be potentially mass lelong or not... depends on timing... MR2 launched way earlier back where bank loan requirements are not that strict... highly geared investors kena taruk by propertysifu and etc... EG is a different story... they launched when property market were quite soft... and banks are not willing to give out loan then especially highly geared buyers... yet they still achieved such selling rate....

I have friend who bought semi D at m2.
He and his brother, each got 1. That place is really quite far away. I slept in car on the way there and back. It takes almost an hour back to kepong. We even joked that we will give him face, visit him once a year. Not more than that.

A lot of dev units left over, and owner looking to let go at around 630k (after deduct all discount and stuff). A lot of banners hanging at the windows. At a glance, i would say its about 20% occupied. (We visited at December 2017)

Is there any lelong of the semiD unit, what price?

Yes semi D cluster. Just view previous page. Got the pics. But still at high price same as subsale pricing now i think.

when i first consider rawang... the first project i cross off is BTP... haha... the only good thing about the developer is that they provide the new interchange... but the overall concept are just a bunch of landed with no F&G provided like those older taman in the cities... alot of things have to settle sendiri....

no F&G one... the masterplan looks quite cincai also.... the advantage is really near to the interchange... cant compare to MR2 at all....
