I get my key last week friday n i saw the tnb contractor doing their works. As what i been told, before cny the electric will be done. There is 1 family move in Dalea n 1 in alpine. Meets fews of the alpine owner, i expect they will move in after cny include myself. Most of the owner cant do the renovation because no electric.
Yes, my unit also leaking at 3rd bedroom. Others only minor defects. Hope more ppl will move in aoon enough.

as a conclusion, "ready for connection" doesn't guarantee got connection. i.e. come with water meter/electricity meter.

According to developer, this is not true. they will blame tnb for being slow.

well, i think, if top 10 developer, already good, considering the circumstances. i have heard some not-top-10 developer, the tnb meter take many months after VP to install.

a lot of new units in Kenrimba those plasterceiling crush down...my friend expensive desktop total loss...some neighbour their car badly damage....
