Just gave a call to Mah Sing and asked for the status of Alpine. There is a lady told me that they are now still waiting for TNB and Syabas to complete their jobs.

According to our S&P contract, it is supposed to be September. Then I asked her what is the expected duration to get the VP, she said expected end September (sweat).

I always thought it is August during I signed the S&P. right?

Already checked, I think most of the Alpine buyers signed on 20th August 2013. The S&P stated in 36 months, the VP has to be ready. If not, Mahsing will bear the bank loan interest. 
Has anyone receive letter already?

Visited mr2 side last week.for caspia..is not fully completed.most of the unit still need to be repainted.no contractor at caspia side also but a lot of the them at birch & alpine side.maybe they want to complete alpine & birch 1st im not so sure..for birch i called mahsing today and sa said maybe birch can get vp on december.

I think birch S&P will be after december. Dont think birch has LAD

1, Insurance + Quit Rent + Assessment = 148.74
2, Connection Fees = 42.2
3, Service Charge (16/Dec/17 - 15/Apr/18) + Sinking Fund = 598.40

I am not sure what is the insurance about.
And for the service charge, we have to pay one year ahead??
No update on the delay compensation at all.

May I know can we use 4g, or at least 3g at m residence 2 area? I heard thr no data at all. Any idea?

Not sure above info accurate or not. Coz even MR 1 now still do not have fiber connection. I believe MR1 have more than 30 subscribers.

Getting the keys now! Just to update you guys there is no tnb connections yet. When I asked the staffs at MR1 who passed me the form, she couldn't answer!! 😡😡

Yup... just took my keys too... no TNB connection yet.

Workmanship is good... no major defects... Alpine A1 here.

Already checked.

Mr2 also leak everywhere..

Sorry, how to check the leakage issue?
