MR2 got sem-d ?

Based on the latest progress, my unit is near completion (alpine A2). Anybody know whether it is allowed to visit the site and look around the house?

Here is shot of Caspia side. Couldnt go to Alpine and Birch as entrance was blocked last weekend.

Understand that we are strata title, we are not allowed to renovate our exterior. But may I know can I extend my backyard? Plan to extend my kitchen. For alpine.

Hi , im owner of the alpine. This morning i received a call from MS. They say they will issue a chq for me due to LAD and i will get the chq upon the VP. They requested me to sign back a  letter to them that i shall no further claim whatsoever that is pertaining. The LAD will pay accrodingly with the clause 25 & 27  in SnP.

Any idea about this? Should i sign

But you can sit down and think back. Why alpine delay for so many months? When everyone said TNB caused the delay, then why shud MS kept quiet and willing to pay LAD? There must be somewhere wrong in between. 

well, i think,  if top 10 developer, already good, considering the circumstances. i have heard some not-top-10  developer,  the tnb meter take many months after VP to install.
