Hi Chris,

Mind sharing what makes you think 342-370 is the best ever row in terms of accessibility and feng shui? Don't people usually opt for the south oriented units?

The side of 370 and 313 are facing west, which will be exposed to evening sun. Isn't this bad feng shui?

I'm new to this and would like to learn more from the sifus here.

If the compound was really a result of wrong information given by mahsing, why no one asked for formal
explanation and seek compensation from them? If they had a hand in all these mess, they should find solution for this matters. Mahsing is a big developer and has long history in property development. They should know all this things in and out and we as their customers would expect a reasonable standard of advice given by their staffs as well. Anyone has done so???

Hi all,

Just wondering, those who moved in or planning to move in to MR2, where are you staying currently? I'm from PJ. To me Rawang is still a new place for me. I'm thinking when should I move in considering future changes that I'll have to adapt to.

I think the culprits are either the developer's worker for the defect work or the contractors' workers for those unit undergoing renovation.

I went there last week. I saw my unit car porch area got cigarette box. Backyard of my house got left over food in a plastic bag but already rotten and full of maggots. It's either these people hanging in your unit or they simply threw the rubbish everywhere. Same goes to my brother's unit, backyard got water bottle and the car porch area water tap opened and water flowed non stop.

I queried the guards but they keep saying tak tau.

There's flood around Kundang area. Is M Residence affected? Any updates from the current residents in MR2?

Drop 200K??? For which type of unit? If bought 500k dropped to 300k? This is cheaper than apartment already. Doesn't make any sense at all.
