Just realised that the promise clubhouse to have 4 acres of land. Is quite big compare what we saw at the MR1.
Excited over the clubhouse. Hope not dissapointed.

don't get your hope too high...

the higher the hope, the harder the disappointment.

beside MS is not known to have good quality club house concept.....expect it to be as bare and boring....

I think they are only started to build the club house now...expect to complete after 1 year.

Yup, u r right. Will not have high hope just wish only. The electric is all connected to all houses. However the street light , only light up at 2 street not all street.

I also hope could claim the LAD further more. However, not easy i think. First, i not sure could claim or not. Secondly, i think individual claim i dont think MS will layan, if group sue will be better. My fren told me, now have 5 house ppl stay in oledi.

Everyone needs to complain together to tribunal if not happy with the houses. Cannot open one eye close one eye. I think some units really badly affected while some are not. Perhaps MS can really pin point the contractors responsible which rows and houses.

TPPS : Permohonan Borang Tuntutan Oleh Pembeli Rumah (Borang 1)

ARAHAN KEPADA PIHAK MENUNTUT:
1. Anda hendaklah mengisi nama penuh anda, nombor kad pengenalan dan alamat anda dalam ruang yang disediakan.
2. Anda hendaklah mengisi nama penuh penentang dan alamatnya yang terakhir diketahui dalam ruang yang disediakan.
3. Anda hendaklah menyatakan amaun tepat yang dituntut dalam ruang yang disediakan. Amaun yang dituntut itu tidak boleh melebihi RM50,000.00. Jika amaun itu melebihi RM50,000.00 maka tuntutan itu hendaklah difailkan di Mahkamah Sesyen, melainkan kedua-dua pihak telah bersetuju sebaliknya secara bertulis seperti yang diperuntukkan di bawah seksyen 160 Akta.
4. Anda hendaklah menyatakan butir-butir tuntutan anda dalam ruang yang disediakan. Butir-butir itu hendaklah menyatakan tarikh yang berkaitan dan bagaimana tuntutan itu telah berbangkit atau apakah asas tuntutan itu.
5. Jika ruang yang disediakan tidak mencukupi, sila gunakan helaian kertas yang berasingan dan tuliskan “sila lihat muka surat sebelah”. Apa-apa helaian kertas yang digunakan hendaklah dilampirkan bersama Borang ini.
6. Setelah mengisi butir-butir, anda hendaklah menandatangani Borang ini.
7. Setelah menyiapkan Borang ini, anda hendaklah memfailkan Borang ini dalam 4 salinan di Pejabat Pendaftaran Tribunal. Anda hendaklah membayar fi pemfailan sebanyak RM10. Pejabat Pendaftaran akan meletakkan meterai Tribunal pada 4 salinan itu. Dua salinan Borang ini akan dikembalikan kepada anda.
8. Anda tidak boleh diwakili oleh peguam semasa perbicaraan. Bagaimanapun anda boleh memohon kepada Tribunal semasa perbicaraan untuk representasi peguam jika anda dapat menunjukkan bahawa perkara yang dipertikaikan melibatkan isu undang-undang yang rumit dan anda akan mengalami kesusahan kewangan yang teruk jika anda tidak diwakili peguam.

ARAHAN KEPADA PENENTANG:
1. Apabila anda menerima Borang ini yang telah dimeteraikan dengan meterai Tribunal, anda adalah didakwa oleh pihak yang menuntut.
2. Jika anda mempertikaikan tuntutan itu anda hendaklah menyatakan pembelaan anda, dengan butir-butir, dalam Borang 2.
3. Anda hendaklah memfailkan pernyataan pembelaan anda di Pejabat Pendaftaran Tribunal.
4. Jika anda gagal untuk memfailkan pembelaan anda dalam masa yang ditetapkan atau jika anda gagal untuk hadir di hadapan Tribunal pada tarikh pendengaran, maka Tribunal boleh membuat award dengan memihak kepada pihak yang menuntut.
5. Anda tidak boleh diwakili oleh peguam semasa perbicaraan. Bagaimanapun anda boleh memohon kepada Tribunal semasa perbicaraan untuk representasi peguam jika anda dapat menunjukkan bahawa perkara yang dipertikaikan melibatkan isu undang-undang yang rumit dan anda akan mengalami kesusahan kewangan yang teruk jika anda tidak diwakili peguam.

PILIHAN PERKHIDMATAN:
a. Muat turun Borang 1 dan cetak. Isikan, hantar dan buat bayaran memproses permohonan ke kaunter TTPR.

I had go check the house last saturday, "look" like everything are done for C1~But C2 haven't complete(main entrance's guard house and road under C2 area),i guess this is the reason haven't get the key, need to wait C2 complete only can 1 shoot get key together~
