Its only the baby boomers who are really into expensive and superb dining environments. Most of the elites dont really care about these and are more concerned about the quality of food there. arcadia jus so slow...guess everyone is waiting for the opening of anchor tenants.....it must have few big one there to entice others...or else it ll be slow lile hell as it is not leased by developers but already sold to ind buyers.
