Surprisingly highrise @ Desa ParkCity is not doing well.

Quite many left over units for the last launch.

Any idea why?

IMHO, probably the Westside One and Two's location was not central like Northshore Gardens, being a border of DPC itself and facing the plot of land for primary school.

Honestly, If I am going to buy a highrise at DPC, I would pick Northshore Gardens, being central and directly next to the park & lake, walking distance it and to the mall, over sight the air view without much blocking and not near school, furthermore, my honest feeling told me that Northshore Gardens facade seems a bit better than Westside ... hehhehee, wait it completion first.

I will pick Northshore Gardens too.

Too bad, the condo < 1000 sqft is 1 bedder, 2 bedder should be better.

Anyway, I doubt the response of Arcadia. Desa ParkCity location is only sexy for Landed. & now is already far too crowded.

Damansara Avenue ground floor reserved by developer. Ground floor doing OK, else better for own use.

Regardless how beauty she is, it will take very long time because of "close" community, & not at the "heart" where the lake is located now

Even the "heart", not many commercial are doing well

U can easily spot many damn big car @ Damansara Avenue / Kopitiam, Malaysian high income group actually doesn't really care much about superb dining environment, as long as the food is Great & overall environment is fine
