It's by choice some owners assumed tat their unit well deserve 50% premium more than their immediate neighbours. U can say wateva u can think of but the fact remains n there r pea size brains around. Same goes to some who twist around. 😉

More like owners overpaid and seeking for reasonable yield but couldn't.

No doubt, there are many pea size brain around took s.a and those with vested claims as gospel, overpaid and suffering.
