got so many similar concept 'malls' or 'walks' failed miserably......not to mention high price for shoplots and hence rental.....

Plenty of candidates.

Yes giza reported not doing well. Strand mall dying. Same w setia walk....setia avenue started very slow and not doing well as well.

The only one doing ok is the curve makan street...but that is very limited retails....

Waterfront has limited retail lots.

And was told by lil birds some biz not doing well also...

Anywhere...setia walk setia avenue and other walks are not doing that well..

Am sure dpc will be difference.

DPC never disappoints.....

nice buildings....

but would it be too hot to loiter around during noon?????

and where is the carpark lots????

guess they are lack of trying........

but shoplots...end of day....what retails they have is more important than building design....
