Isn't that park city waterfront one of the open concept malls too? I think waterfront is doing pretty well.

not delayed actually but they need to set the priority. They opened a lot of new branches last yr and this yr, most of the shopping malls need their presence with the new opening like KL gateway mall , mytown, melawati mall etc, hence the schedule is tight. As for arcadia , since they own the place, they have the flexibility for the timeframe when to open.

It will take a while for any commercial area to be ong , esp after those human flow attraction like grocer , banks etc set up shop. Arcadia has all the ingredient to be successful with the spending power and its location.

Well said. Its only the baby boomers who are really into expensive and superb dining environments. Most of the elites dont really care about these and are more concerned about the quality of food there. Looking at the rental, I dont think there would be any reasonably priced restaurants in Arcadia.
