yes, same owner now. i'm a supporter of village grocer fruits n vege. hope this outlet price is ok, the 1MK price more expensive compared to atria i noticed.

I heard Village grocer group is going to start a new brand in Arcadia, will be more premium than usual Village Grocer. So price could be more expensive.

Target opening is in August after they complete the melawati mall opening.

This is good news, from my future Kampung Segambut base, there is BIG in Publika, Village Grocer in 1MK, Jaya Grocer in Verve suites, Cold Storage in Solaris. Would be great to have a new premium brand for more choices. So long quality is good, consumer is willing to pay (reasonable amount)

signage is up at Plaza Arkadia showing the few f&b and retail shops that will be opening there soon.

Useful one would be village grocer and CBTL

Feel so little shops open for business. Business sentiment must be very bad in this time

Regardless how beauty she is, it will take very long time because of "close" community, & not at the "heart" where the lake is located now

Even the "heart", not many commercial are doing well

U can easily spot many damn big car @ Damansara Avenue / Kopitiam, Malaysian high income group actually doesn't really care much about superb dining environment, as long as the food is Great & overall environment is fine

Not look good at this moment. Visited the area and surprised by not only 1-2 shop opened, but all other shops like still not rented. Very little ongoing renovation work.

Ask the Janitor. He sweep here and there. His sifu ma...

not delayed actually but they need to set the priority. They opened a lot of new branches last yr and this yr, most of the shopping malls need their presence with the new opening like KL gateway mall , mytown, melawati mall etc, hence the schedule is tight. As for arcadia , since they own the place, they have the flexibility for the timeframe when to open.

It will take a while for any commercial area to be ong , esp after those human flow attraction like grocer , banks etc set up shop. Arcadia has all the ingredient to be successful with the spending power and its location.

what do you mean by THEY OWN THE PLACE?

I thought those shop lots were individually sold?

With so many shopping malls along LDP, and shop lots in kepong......why DPC has the ingredient to be successful? what is the population of Dpc?
