Question: Got phone reception and 4G in Arkadia or not?

About a month back when I went to the sportswear warehouse sale, the whole place got no cell signal. How to set up shop there? No staffs want to work there and patrons probably can't wait to leave

Maxis has reception but iirc 3G only when I was there last.

Need to ask developer to liaise with major telcos to speed up coverage or it will become an issue very soon.

At least anything that's currently open has TIME Wifi which is much faster than anything available @ Waterfront

I saw poster for whole Arkadia to be covered with free Wifi too which should help (although wasn't live yet when I was there a few weeks back)

Arcadia in Desa ParkCity. Beautiful commercial buildings here. This commercial centre will more or else complete the township and fulfill all the needs from residents. However, only few shops opened its door so far. It shows the different between developer and shop owner leasing. It definitely will be slower when shops and offices are all sold to individual. Anchor tenant will be Village Grocer. Let's see how long it will take to fill up the shops and offices here. Nice fountain, great landacape, many escalator for easy access to upper floors, playgrounds, and etc. Great job again to Perdana Parkcity Sdn Bhd to build this one of its kind European style commecial blocks in Klang Valley. Feel like in oversea?

Boss u nailed it. Plenty of owners looking at high rental which ll bring down the project but most blame it to ppsb. No doubt ppsb oso hold the responsibility to promote but without owners agreeing to rent its pointless I guess.

I understand the top floor courtyard office (with roller shutter) has no windows. Am I right?

For the ground floor, the rental is too high for current market, and mezzanine floor full usability (in the minds of tenants) is subjective.

Ground Floor units that are being rented right now are not too high. Do you know the going rates? If yes please compare other similar venues.

Mezzanine usability is subjective. Look at what the guys from skinny pig did. Clever way of increasing the usable dining space if you ask me.
